Chief Executive

I'm passionate using technology to improve and simplify business. Being fortunate to draw from 30 years of experience in solving IT and tech-related business problems, I have become known for crafting practical and creative solutions to seemingly complex and impossible challenges. I believe in applying humanity to technology and being down-to-earth in everything we do. I am also supremely grateful for the relationships we have with all of our clients and live by the mantra: What is good for our Clients, is good for Dudobi!

Neil Bazley

Chief Technology Officer

With over 20 years experience as a systems administrator, I specialise in networking, security and everything Microsoft. I designed and built our company’s private cloud infrastructure and also work with clients who want to design, deploy, and manage infrastructure in Microsoft Azure. I prioritise data and information security, ensuring uptime, reliability, and compliance of our client solutions.

Vito Da Silva

Chief Information Officer

I design and deliver secure, scalable cloud solutions that match our client's needs. I have 20 years of IT operational experience in various sectors and am committed to providing our clients with high-quality platforms and support. I enjoy tackling complex problems and creating innovative IT strategies and solutions.

Paul Durrant

Managing Director

I have strong interpersonal and organisational skills and have led several internet-related businesses in South Africa and the UK. I have a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of business and a passion for simplifying systems and processes. I am passionate about servant leadership and enjoy bringing order to chaos. I have an eye for detail and expansive vision, which helps in crafting strategy and business planning.

Christy Wheeler

Client Director

I am confident, decisive, and outcomes-driven, with an eye for detail and a logical, curious, and resourceful approach to solving business problems. I have over 20 years of experience in Relationship, Business, and Operations Management across a variety of businesses and NGOs. As the Client Director at Dudobi, I ensure that all our clients receive excellent and personalised service while feeling valued and important.

Riyaad Taliep

Service Manager

I am an independent, responsible, and reliable individual with strong planning and problem-solving skills. In my role, I support, design, and implement infrastructure technologies and solutions, diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and telephony issues, and assist in developing operating, installation, and upgrade procedures. I also perform Help Desk and desktop support activities, maintain the security, confidentiality, and integrity of information systems, and effectively manage, develop, and train the service desk team.
