With over 20 years experience as a systems administrator, I specialise in networking, security and everything Microsoft. I designed and built our company’s private cloud infrastructure and also work with clients who want to design, deploy, and manage infrastructure in Microsoft Azure. I prioritise data and information security, ensuring uptime, reliability, and compliance of our client solutions.

I am an independent, responsible, and reliable individual with strong planning and problem-solving skills. In my role, I support, design, and implement infrastructure technologies and solutions, diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and telephony issues, and assist in developing operating, installation, and upgrade procedures. I also perform Help Desk and desktop support activities, maintain the security, confidentiality, and integrity of information systems, and effectively manage, develop, and train the service desk team.
