The Brooke’s aging VMware infrastructure was becoming unstable, non-compliant, and costly. As data privacy requirements evolved, they needed to ensure secure access, audit controls, and scalable infrastructure—all within the constraints of a typical SMB nonprofit IT budget.

Partner Solution

Dudobi designed a secure, right-sized AWS environment leveraging EC2, centralized backups, IAM-based access controls, and CloudWatch for monitoring. Systems were segmented by function and hardened for compliance. Bastion access was secured and logging enabled full auditability.

Security was prioritised throughout the design. Encryption, audit logging, identity management, and governance controls were embedded to support regulatory compliance and mitigate risk. Access from the organisation’s head office was tightly restricted and managed through secure bastion access with defined permissions.
